Before co-founding Curlett Jones Estates, Alan was a Conveyancer and Department Legal Trainer for Pannone LLP Solicitors based in Manchester. Alan specialised in guiding and supporting clients through the legalities of Sale and Purchase property transaction. Alan is now transferring his skills and knowledge to the Estate Agency sector and has recently achieved a level 3 qualification. Alan lives in the local area with his family. Alan says that his favourite thing to do in Southport is walking down the pier in the wind and rain – apparently it blows away the cobwebs!

Peter Curlett

Peter is the other half of Curlett Jones Estates. Peter comes from an Event Management Background, being one of the event organisers for Liverpool Capital of Culture 2008 and passionate about customer services. Peter looks after the day to day running of the business. Peter will be supporting Alan and the team in delivering an amazing service and exceeding our client’s expectations. Peter also lives in the local area with his family. Peter says that the thing that makes Southport a great place to live and work are the people. He loves sitting in one of the local Cafés on Lord Street people watching and enjoying a great cup of coffee!

Chloe supports the Property Management Team with the day to day maintenance of our managed properties. She loves to deliver a first class service and ensures that both tenants and landlords are kept up to date and that their properties are looked after. Although Chloe is new to the property sector, she has 5 plus years of experience in working for a firm of Solicitors within their Medical Negligence department. Chloe utilises her knowledge of both the sales and lettings market to specialise in the selling of investment properties and portfolios, HMO investments and other complexed property transactions. Chloe is currently completing a Level 5 NVQ in Operations Departmental Management and is passionate about providing a high level of service, building strong relationships along the way.
