Curlett Jones Estates Support Liverpool’s Whitechapel Centre
On Thursday 11th December, the Curlett Jones Estates team will be taking part in a fundraiser to raise money for The Whitechapel Centre, Liverpool’s leading homeless and housing charity.
Our team will be cycling for eight hours straight throughout the entire working day, all from our Waterloo office, to raise vital funds for this amazing local organisation.
As a proudly Liverpool-based estate agency, supporting our local community is at the heart of who we are. Every day, The Whitechapel Centre works tirelessly to help people across the region who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of losing their home, or struggling to live independently.
Their services are compassionate, essential, and needed now more than ever – particularly during the winter months.
This year, we wanted to do something meaningful, something that not only raises money, but raises awareness. An eight-hour cycling fundraiser, ‘Bike for Whitechapel’, felt like the perfect way to bring our team, clients, partners, and the wider community together for a cause that matters deeply to us.
Why We’re Fundraising
Winter is a particularly difficult time for those facing homelessness. The Whitechapel Centre provides crucial support, from outreach and emergency accommodation to health services, tenancy support, and long-term housing solutions. Every donation, no matter how small, truly makes a difference.
Our Managing Director, Alan Jones, shared why this fundraiser is so important to us:
