From winning Gold at North West level to being shortlisted for some of the region’s most respected property and business awards, 2026 has been an incredible year of recognition for our team.
Gold Winners – Best Letting Agent in the North West
We’re incredibly proud to have recently been crowned Gold Winner for Best Letting Agent in the North West at the 2026 British Property Awards.
After first winning at local level, we progressed through to the North West awards, where our lettings service was assessed against some of the leading agents across the region.
What makes this recognition particularly special is the rigorous judging process behind the British Property Awards. Agents go through multiple rounds of mystery shopping, with our team assessed through a variety of interactions including telephone calls, emails and face-to-face visits.
To come through that process and be awarded Gold at North West level is a fantastic achievement and a real reflection of the service, dedication and expertise our lettings team delivers every day.

As North West Gold Winners, we have now been entered into the national British Property Awards, where we’ll be competing at the next stage against agents from across Britain.

Our award season doesn’t stop there.
We’re also incredibly proud to have been shortlisted in the final three for Best Estate Agent in the North West at the 2026 British Property Awards.
Just like the lettings awards, this recognition follows the extensive mystery-shopping process, with agents assessed across multiple stages and different customer interactions.
To be named among the final three estate agents in the entire North West is a fantastic achievement for everyone at Curlett Jones.
YM Liverpool Awards – Seven Shortlists!
